Waklert 150, is a wakefulness-promoting drug that is mostly used to treat excessive daytime drowsiness brought on by illnesses such shift work disorder, narcolepsy, and sleep apnea. Although it enhances cognitive function and alertness, it cannot take the place of sleep. Waklert promotes alertness for eight to twelve hours by activating certain neurotransmitters in the brain, but it ignores the body's need for restorative sleep.
